Digital Strategy Manager

• Develop unique strategies and build upon current client strategies to meet objectives
• Foster timeline development and monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met
• Manage overall project scope and the given budget
• Develop strong relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, idea making and execution
• Work with Business Development managers to ensure team is aligned to client requirements
• Write communications briefs, ensuring that creative and media are effectively integrated
• Manage research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behaviors and key motivational behaviors
• Develop a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes
• Review statements and estimates of work prior to client review
• Ensure accountability is established during the project planning process
• 3-5 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience required)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Able to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists
• Able to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners
• Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills
• Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
• Negotiable salary based on performance and experience (1000 – 1500 USD/month)
